Paul Brook studied at the prestigious Arts Institute, Bournemouth, where he developed a great passion for photography as an art genre, along with an interest in people photography. He is influenced by the work of portrait and fashion photographers such as Yousuf Karsh, David Bailey, Irvin Penn, Helmut Newton, Nick Knight, Herb Ritts and William Klein.

Combining these interests, Paul's aim is to create images that are both timeless and contemporary. He is very aware that what is fashionable today may be kitsch tomorrow. Therefore, he aspires to create images that will be classic in fifty year's time as well as being contemporary today.
